When you receive a product that was purchased and paid for via our site, and you find it is not as described or is of substandard quality, you can contact Cartdiva.com to resolve these problems (according to the seller’s set of returns guarantees).You will then be able to request a refund and return the item, or retain the item and agree to a partial refund with Cartdiva.
All products purchased from Cartdiva.com include a Returns & Refund guarantee. If the items delivered are not as described.
Exclusions to this rule:
1 An item the buyer claims was not as described; but the seller can prove is as described.
2 Items were as described , but the buyer no longer wants them(unless the seller offers Universal Returns). Buyer in this case is responsible for shipping costs
Refund requests can be submitted up to 14 days after your order has been completed. This must be done by opening a dispute in the Shipping Details Page. Only one dispute per order can be filed .

Once your claim has been approved by Cartdiva.com the buyer will be directed to either retain ownership or return the item in question.
